I personally print and send out the prints myself. I do a quality check on every piece and make sure everything is perfect before sending out the items. That being said, launching new items may vary.
Depending on location, receiving your purchase may take time. If you're in the US, please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. If you live outside the US, please allow at least 4 weeks for delivery. All international customers are responsible for any duties and taxes upon delivery.
I am not responsible for anything that occurs after I have shipped the item. I do not accept returns and all sales are final. An exception is made if you received a damaged item in the mail upon arrival. Please do not throw away the packaging and item. If the item came damaged, please send an email with a photograph of the damaged item to [email protected]. A replacement will be sent. If you want to cancel your order and it has not been shipped yet, I will be able to cancel your order and issue a refund.
